Page won't refresh!!!!!

“This is really getting old! At the paper where I work, I can't get this Trail Talk page to refresh on any kind of consistent basis.

It's been this way since the "big crash" of the hard drive.

I take it this will be posted and then, maybe then, the page will refresh.

It's driving me nuts!!!!!!”

FYI, there was this kinda junk in the upper right hand corner, if this is the cause of the problem:
