I started posting about a year ago, and it helped, but occaisionally, I find myself lurking again. Whenever I feel the urge to lurk, I quickly post something on a thread (any thread) whether it has relevance or not. Sometimes I even start my own threads. It's been very therapeutic.

With the help of God, and my friends, I've been able to kick the lurking habit. Try posting yourself, you'll never look back.”
