Basically. The EU is trying to counterbalance U.S. dominance, but they've made some pretty poor strategic maneuvers. They lose the moral high ground, though, when they are obstructivist on every foreign policy move the U.S. makes. Their problem is, they can find no real traction in opposing the U.S., because the U.S. usually pursues a decent, if heavy-handed, strategy. Just MHO.”
