“All I'm saying Artex, is we don't get arctic cold AND blizzards, it's one or the other. I'm sure a weather savvy person would know why this is, but around here we just say it's too cold to snow. I'd rather have warmer temps and lots of snow cause a sub zero winter with no snow is just brown and cold and ugly. Besides, my car's been whining for weeks now, it's very unhappy about this cold!
