The pack I have now is 7,000 ci. I'm looking for a good medium size pack. Someone mentioned something about a pack at LL Bean, I think it was called the Ridge Runner. Anyone have one? I checked out LL Bean on-line and did a search but came up empty. If you know of a better pack let me know.

I promise not to troll for a whole week if I get good suggestions.

I was also thinking of using an A.L.I.C.E. pack I bought from an Army/Navy store. Anybody use military surplus?

Go with the Opsrey Aether 90 or 60 they are kick ass packs and don't weight much.

90-5500 ci
60-3700 ci

Crazy Mike
Would you take the exact same gear with you using a 3700 ci pack as you would using a 5500 ci pack? If so why go with the 5500?
