trip suggestions pleas!

“The catch is I'm trying to get there in a day (driving) from Missouri. I'm thinking Rocky mtn nat. park in colorado and the Pecos wilderness in N. Mexico. If anyones been to either of these places some input please. Or any other suggestions are welcome. Thanks!”
