My New Pack came in !!!

“My new pack arrived Monday night. I bought a Gearskin pack. This is the one SGT Rock raves about. I can't wait to try it on the trail. It is half the weight and twice the capacity of my old daypack that I used. It weighs 20 oz and can hold a ton.

I'm making some silnylon stuff sacks to separate/weatherproof all my gear. My total pack weight on my 4 day Smokies trip this spring will be between 18 and 20 #'s. That includes food and water. Can't wait to hit the trail”
