Just ordered my new pack- What a deal!!!

“I only had a Wal-Mart type headlamp. It won't turn off in colder weather. At TC2 I kept having to take out the battery pack and put it in my pocket for a while to warm it up. I thought 15*, no biggie, I don't run into that very often. Then it did it in 35* weather. That's a different story. I don't know who'll be happier with the new one, me or my 3 year old son. He loves my headlamp and now will get to play with my old one more often.”

“My gear just arrived. Everything is great except for the "surprise" shirt that I got to get rid of shipping. It's Florida colors, ugh!”

“I wanted the orange one. Mine will be here in a little bit. been tracking it all day on UPS. i'll let you know what color i got.”

“I know the UPS driver who delivers to my house. He normally delivers around 5, but I tracked him down at lunch and got the package.”

“so will he recover anytime soon dayhiker?”

“Mine is not going to get here til monday now. I'm ticked.”
