I've been on this proposed hike from both ends.... and am sure I got to the common middle ground... Hmmm, maybe it's shorter than I thought. I need to do it with my GPS and get distance. It would for sure not be some long haul.

I'm not sure about April... or Memorial Day weekend. Mem. Day weekend I have to cover some veterans' programs, although they're mostly on Monday.
