First off, tye very rich have excellent ways of avoiding taxes. Secondly lots of money gets taxed twice, we pay sales tax and income tax in most places. We pay social security tax, federal income tax, State tac...etc. We buy a house with after tax money and then we pay property tax. Rich folks are great at tax acoidance and have gotten huge breaks.
