Perchance To Dream...

“Some of you know my wife, Mapleleaf. Let me tell you it is a documented fact that my little dear has some of the strangest drreams known to man/woman kind. (Hm, food for thought on another thread -- try to top one of her dreams) Anyway, she usually wakes up in the morning and proceeds to explain some insane chain of events. She may be in a situation where she is investigating crop circles as in 'Signs', but Mel Gibson and family may be substituted for by the Osbournes. So, you can imagine my alarm when I read the following:

Shrink says man repeatedly stabbed wife while dreaming
Psychiatrist George Palermo says Erin Cottrell is extremely sad and bewildered since stabbing his wife -- allegedly while dreaming -- nine months ago. "I can't imagine myself stabbing anyone," Cottrell said during an examination, according to Palermo. "The only thing that motivates me is trying to come up with some explanation to her, to her family, to my family." (Milwaukee Journal Sentinel)

I do have strange dreams. i am very good at remebering details. Tree has been good to listen to all of them. its funny cause in the morning while he is taking a shower i am telling him all about my dream the night before. So the "good husband" award should go to treebeard.

Maybe you should try an experiment...like...just before you guys go to sleep, pop in a porn video and watch it for about 15 or 20 minutes....and then go to sleep....just maybe by happenstance..that you'll be awakened by happy ending...i'm just trying to pass along positive karma bro...”

“Mrs. Stump has some pertty weird dreams and remembers details. When she reports them I wonder what drugs she was doing in her previous life!”

“I have very vivid dreams. Very disturbing sometimes, so they bug me for years. I will not go into any descriptions, though. I know what that got me last time I tried to seek understanding.”

“OK, my weird dream last night was trying to convince some woman at REI that I was eligible to renew my membership. The weird part is, you don't have to renew your membership at REI, you just have to buy something every year.”

“One image I do remember from a few years ago that I actually like even though it's disturbing: Standing on a balcony watching psycho-technicolor nuclear clouds go up around us and turn into chaos swirls (looks like ferns or curling feathers) with HPM and a group of other people. I'm the only one trying to get away, and everyone else keeps saying "it was too late years ago."
