New Ultralight Helium tent

“Has anyone heard about the new ultra light tent from Malamutti? Just 3lbs It is a 3 person tent with 65 sq ft and a 15 sqft vestibule. It also has standing head room in the main area, a rear entrance, a covered front porch and satelite tv hook ups.

They raise the rates quite well though, and cutting back on service has been the latest thing in the putsch toward digital cable (pun intended).”

“They get a substantial amount of helium from New Mexico along with vast quantities of CO2. Straight out of the ground from underground domes under tremendous pressure.

Most of it is used in the production of tents I suppose. I think that Kelty puts it into their jackets.
