Nice pics Dave. How's the move to the new place going? I keep meaning to stop in and say 'hey' but never get around to it. I'm going on that snowshoe nature walk next Sunday so consider Snowshoe 101 a success since you got at least one person to try out the sport.

Glad to hear that your putting your higher education to work. Enjoy your day shoeing.

The new store is really coming along, we should be able to occupy the building next week. I can't believe how much they have gotten done in the last few weeks. The climbing pinnacle is done (I've climbed it already).

I have spent the last 3 weeks interviewing prospective employees. We have received over 800 applications for 60 positions. If you stop by we're in the mall right now. We should be in the building by March 1st at the latest.

Glad you liked the pics...

I really wasn't that cold. We had daily highs in the 30's and overnight lows in the single digits. Inside the yurt the coldest we had was around 35 or so. We actually hit a high of 96 on Monday night when Mike put three logs in the stove before bed-time. By midnight we were all out of our bags trying to vent the place and sweating like crazy.....

This trip was just a bunch of us from the Salt Lake store blowing off some steam after the holiday crush and year end inventory.

I'm not sure if REI Travel offers yurt trips or not....
Log onto REI.com and take a peek. I'll do a little digging and see what I can find out too.
