don't peel it.....
you slice the fruit off as close to the seed as you can on both the flat sides, then you slice around the edge, you eat the mango out of the skin so the juice drips down your chin, you lick your lips. then, the slicer gets to suck the luscious fruit left on the seed so you dont waste one precious drop of the fruit and nectar~~~~~~~suck...don't bite, that way you will not get strings in your teeth~~~~~

“yum yum mango milk shakes..I eat them by cutting them in half, remove seed (duh) and make cross-hatch slices into the fruit without breaking the skin..then, push skin out and you have a nice set of little squares just waiting to be sucked off..”
