“Well, there's a few of us in the NY area- It all depends on what we're doing, really. The other time we met for drinks, we did it in the village, since it's easiest for everyone to get to- Some of us drive, some don't. What area are you from?”

“catskill, town of actually, not too far from the city if that's you all are meeting...i'd probably train it for the sake of it being easier...i'm finally leaving work for the night, i'll check back on in the morning, or e-mail me if you decide details...”

if you get lost, just get out of your car and leave it running and go to the first strange looking person you see and ask them in a nice voice (by this i mean speak with an southern accent) how to get to Park Slope. I am sure this nice person will be glad to drive you and your car all the way to our house.
