Stove repair “I was given a Coleman Feather 442 Dual Fuel single burner stove and have heard they are hard to repair in the field. Anybody have advice on what I can bring for repair parts or tools "just in case"? I wrote to Coleman but got a generic reply and I haven't seen a specific "repair kit" for it anywhere. Thanks” 6:36:34 PM 2/21/03 “what state are you in?” 6:44:07 PM 2/21/03 campmor has a repair kit for the 442 “item #80230-A is a maintenance kit for the Coleman Exponant Feather 442 duel fuel stove. It contains a generator, pump cup, push nut and clip.just type in the item number I gave above into the keyword/item# search at www.campmor.com it has a pic of the contents of the kit . Streamweaver” 7:06:56 PM 2/21/03 “My Feather 400 Coleman stove is 10 years old and the only thing I replaced on it was the pump cup because it started to skip pumps once in a while. I only use it in cold weather and it's been reliable so I don't carry anything on the trail for it. My MSR stove has gone through many O rings and I haven't used it as much as the Coleman.” 7:36:27 PM 2/21/03 Stove repair question “Thanks to everyone for the info and advice--Leatherman” 9:44:58 AM 2/22/03
