Free GoLite Stow Sack

“I bought some GoLite gear back in Nov. and it had a mail in card for a free small GoLite Stow Sack attached.
I mailed it in and so far, no stow sack.
Anyone else do this and have you got yours?”

“I've been doing some 'back & forth' with them by email, trying to locate an item of theirs, up here. They've been fairly helpful and quick to respond. Try sending a note.”

“I got mine but only after a couple of months. Maybe even longer, I just remember it being a long time. I had actually forgotten about it so it was a nice surprise when I got it. My advice: forget about it.”

“I got mine last summer too. I think that it took a couple of months. The stow sack that you get (hopefully) is xtra small in size.”

I apologize for the delay. We are actually back ordered on all our xs stow
sacks due to the overwhelming amount of warranty cards that we have been
sent. We will be getting another shipment around the end of February, and
when we do we will be sending out the free stow sacks as we go through the
warranty cards.

Well, it's been over 4 months now (now that I remembered this) and NO stuff sac.

They shouldn't've even made the offer if they weren't going to hold up to their word. I'm sending them an Email before the days through.”

“I think if they can't deliver on a promise in a reasonable amount of time then they shouldn't make the offer at all. There will be a certain amount of customers that would have purchased another Golite product, but may not because of something like this.”

“I finally received my free stuffsack from Golite after 6 months. It's a blue, extra small silnylon model maybe 6"X5". It's too small for most things, but kind of cute.”
