Spam, Spam, Spam, Spam, Spam, Spam, Spam....
Maybe I should get retroactive rebates for the amount of time I spend deleting some of this crap. Hey, I got one e mail that says I can reduce my mortgage next to another that says I can lengthen my #&%!$ 3 inches if I just click here...

I don't know about ATT. For 2 days it wasn't working very well. Difficult to connect and then R-E-A-L slow.

I use nikojet. It's just a dial-up, but I don't have to worry about ads, spam, or anything like that. Plus, it's only $10/month, so I have more money to spend at REI...

Had AOL at one time. You think you "love" it now--just wait till you try to cancel.

I don't understand why anybody still has AOL. It's overpriced, you get bombarded with advertising, and there's nothing it can do that can't be done with any other ISP.

Hey, Father Goose. All I have to do is click this mouse a few times and I'll be carrying it around in a wheel barrow. So, there...

Yeah, stump, it has its occasional problems but overall I'm very satisfied with the service. Anti-virus software and other goodies plus unlimited time for $14.99 is hard to beat.

I dont want dial up and I dont want roadrunner.

Anybody else been getting any pop-ups while on TT. I never used to, but have been lately.

By they way, I hate AOL. We have a local provider and they're the bomb, and cheap!

I have AOL and Comcast (cable) and use them both. AOL is for my kids who are in college. They can use AOL at their apartment just like when they were home without any extra cost to me.

i have a love/hate relationship with AOL. the spam mail does get old. if i checked every 'grow 1-2 inches' e-amil, i'd have a 3 1/2 mile long schlong! i've thought of changing, but it does have some cool stuff....and i'm just plain used to it. most people dislike change....

treedewd, e-mail me if ya get a minute......

I have dsl downstairs and roadrunner in the office. Did notice that my roadrunner is much faster.
has aol a long long time ago when I first started out on the internet. at about 2 month I canceled it and went to a regular dial up (I think it was sprynet back then)

never ever again would I use aol. (and I still have a 6 month free service cd right here that I have received with my dell) I guess the cd will go on my big aol poster (collecting aol cds to make a poster)

LOL gemini, in our IT/MIS deptmanet they have all the CD's they have recv'd from AOL hanging up on the wall. Very funny to walk in the room.
Most people have pretty IVY wallpaper as boarders, not them they have AOL CD"S wallpaper Boarder.

Maple, you can get a direct tv service. It is supposed to be very fast. I was looking into it about a year ago before the rumors started about the comcast cable internet finally coming to my area. If I remember right it was going to be expensive, but I think that was because I needed the dish and everything.

maple, I collect the pretty cds (there some really nice looking ones out there) I think by now I have way too many, but hey... lots of posters.

wish I would've safed the first ones that came out. I bet they are worth some $$$$

Also if anyone is interested check out Leapfroginet.com, they are a small company based near Denver. I had them for a couple of years and loved the service. If you call them with a problem you actually get a human on the phone 9 times out of 10. That and they are a bunch of skiers and bper's.
If you call ask for Cullen and tell him Rob from Ct sent you. I had to cancel their service because of cable. But I still have my web hosting through them.

AOL BAD!!!!!
AOHell is the work of the Devil.

If you have had it installed on your computer it needs an exorcism to remove it (reformat).

It's a damn virus/Trojan/malware/worm kinda thing.

IT SUCKS!!!
