i do field testing for PCBs and run the lab when i'm in house.
basically, i obtain samples out at whatever jobsite i'm on the come back and use gas chromotography as the test method. i work for a private company, but contract for govt and civilian alike...

I don't know much about your field of work, but I do have a friend that works for Ernst & Young, and they are always looking for consultants with varying backgrounds. If you email me a resume, I can make sure she gets it. Other than that, the job market sucks in Cleveland & Toledo right now, Columbus, I hear, is the only place that still has a good amount of openings at the moment.
