Where do you look for gear deals?

Every week, I try to find good deals on gear for my class. Most of the places I use have been reccomended by TT'rs, and I was wondering if I missed any.

So far, I canvass the following:
Campmor
REI
Sierra Trading Post
Northern Mountain Supply
Blue Ridge Mountain Sports
Overstock.com
ALtrec
Latta Outdoors
Sportsman's Guide
Cabala's
MOOSEJAW

Any help would be appreciated. You know how it is when folks start out.... much sticker shock, so if you see any sweet deals that would be good for beginners, please post here.

Much Love,

BB

Dang, Buddha Bear, you about covered all the bases there! Some people also seem to like EMS, I've gotten a few good deals here and there from them. However, Campmor and STP have been very consistant for me as far as bargains go.

Hey Buddha, we have some stainless steel cooksets, a grease pot, 2 stainless utensil sets, and cups that we'd let your students have. Also a coleman compression sack. Email if you think they'd want them.

add to the list:
www.mgear.com
www.ems.com

You wanna talk about Wally world. If you guys think that Campmor.com is pretty cool you should see what it's like at the store. The absolute best deals are gotta at the store. Thats because all the stuff you all buy and send back gets to the discount racks at unbelievably low prices.

It's like its own day trip. You get on RT17N in Jersey and you hit Ramseys outdoor center. You go down a couple of miles and there is Campmor and right next door is EMS (Eastern Mountain Sporting goods). Its a beautiful experience I assure you.

MEC of Canada has some good deals and some nice gear that's not available elsewhere. I've ordered from them and was satisfied. You must become a member at $5, but it was worth it to me.
