A Wyoming cowbow was "having his way" with a sheep that got it's head stuck in a fence. A Texan came by, the Montana Cowboy looked over his shoulder and asked "wanna have a go?"

The Texan replied "Sure, but I don't think my head will fit in the fence".

Yeah, c'mon! Everybody knows as soon as a Montana gal starts to git bored, she just goes out and shoots somethin', then skins it and cooks it on the spot!

What next, seat belts?
As if boredom weren't bad enough, Marty, there's a bill before the current Legislature to ban open containers in vehicles! That will take away our God-given right to speed down the Interstate highway drinking a 6-pack!

Then you'll be just like Texas!

The Texas State Legislature only recently outlawed open containers in cars. Until then, it wasn't illegal to drive down the street, drinking a beer.

Yeah, what's up with that?

They finally got that one passed here in WY last year too. Well at least the driver can't have an open container anymore, but I think the passengers can.

At least in Texas you can carry a conceiled weapon still.

You can still put the keg in the back of the truck, right Chief?

I wonder if I could get a Concealed Beer Permit...

I was riding through open range with my Idaho Bro once. We came across an ewe with her head stuck in the fence. I said: "Gee, I wish that was Cindy Crawford." Then my brother said "Heck - I wish it was dark!"

NOTE:
We were NOT moving and NOT in the vehicle at that time...of course I admit, I don't know Cooke Cities laws on open containers.

Tilt, the keg was NOT conceiled, the tap was sticking up at all times.

Too funny gojo!!!!!!

Is a hose that comes from a keg in the back of the truck into the cab legally an open container?
bitpusher

Scoff if you will, non-believers, but it was during my tenure in Cheyenne ('79-'88) that the state passed an open container law. Up to that time drinking a beer at 75 mph down the interstate was perfectly legal.

Up until just last year it was STILL legal ldhiker. At least outside of city limits where there WAS n0 open container law. AND as long as you were under the legal limit (0.10).
Chief

I must say it's weird to come to Montana and see people legally drinking beer in a moving car, when I'm used to our laws in CA!

Before it's overwith, you'll have to be in your house with the curtains drawn.

Aero is right though, soon it will be no open containers. Passenger or otherwise. Damn, all that speeding, shooting, and drinking is just going down the drain!
