“mile backpack trek close to Denver. Would prefer to do a loop hike. Any suggestions...I'm too lazy to do the research, well not really, but any opinions would be great...this is for the weekend of March 22, 23...I have to be at my hotel by 4pm on sunday...thats why I'd like it to be close to Denver, if possible...

“I'm going down to the Colorado Springs area and tool around the Pikes Peak region...might try to summit Pikes peak via the Barr trail...if thats not possible, I'll veer off at the Barr Camp and do a loop hike.
