Also, communism must come from within via a revolution of the proletariat. That, of course, never happened, and probably never will happen.

Oh, and it's supposed to happen in a capitalist society, whereas every communist regime in real life tried to go directly from an agrarian society to a communist society, skipping the industrial phase.

So I guess I can see where Marx's theories have never been fully tested. But the fact that Marx couldn't anticipate ameliorative factors in the Workers' plight kind of debunks his theory right off the bat. Why, then, would we have any reason to assume that a revolutionary communist power arising from a capitalist state work? It still doesn't address the fact that people (particularly people from a capitalist society) will have to be forced to enter into hurtful transactions.”
