Who do I send my PUR to

“I tried emailing PUR from the link and have had no response. I thought PUR sold out to another company. Does anyone have a phone number or an address so I can send the HIKER back. Who bought PUR?”

“Katadyn. Don't have any contact info for them.”

“Why are you sending it back?

I had mine stop working on me and I called them up.... they send me a new one free of charge!

What's wrong with yours?”

“It is not drawing properly. I changed the filter, seals and lubricated everthing. It can not draw with enought strength to pull water through the filter.”

“That's what happened to mine... they sent me everything but the filter, and the hoses and stuff.”
