Hoosier Daddy?
I've got new gear!

Found out this weekend I'm going to be a dad! Been trying for a year now.

We found out the same day my wife found out she blew her knee out at work. (See the TT injured reserve thread)

Wow, looks like the only gear I'll be buying for a awhile will come in a smaller size.

Just posted on the other thread, John. Then I saw this because the title cracked me up. I love a good play on words. Congrats! Oh, hell, read the other thread...

Congrats, Indiana John! Nothing like fatherhood!

So, was it one of those "By the way, you did know you are pregnant, right?" moments?

Congratulations!!!! I just went through becoming a father 18 months ago. Some Words of Wisdom, SLEEP NOW, TAKE NAPS, SLEEP ANY CHANCE YOU GET!!!!!
You are in for one great and wonderful life changing time. Having my son changed my whole outlook on life and really made me rethink what is really important in life.

By the way rest up and get some sleep.

LOL, I'm already a night owl and get by on six or less hours of sleep a night, so maybe that's a good thing.

No it isn't! You'll just be a zombie-owl! Believe me! I have a 6-month old!

Congratulations!

Sometimes you get lucky and after a few months your baby starts sleeping through the night.

But sometimes you are unlucky.

j/k - My wife and I split up the night-time duties except for the nursing part. I lost more sleep when they were teen-agers and weren't home on time!!

Congratulations
Being a Dad is easy.

Being a Father is a little tougher. Spend extra time and money on your wife.

Amen, Phil!
