your the one that works for someone else, with no drive to put forth the extra effort at work, therefore bombarding a backpacking site with e-mail scams and other trivial bullcrap that have been circulating since '94 and probably didn't even come from the source but one of your buddies that forwarded it, or a mass e-mailer from a list you've signed up for. You trying to talk down to me doesn't upset me or bother me. Your just bits of data wasted over the WWW.

Well lovely for any of you thinking of purchasing Gift Cards...apparently there are human debris out there copying down the numbers then checking to see if they are activated...then they empty the cards with online purchases.

I am sorry but I place this in the same category as Identifty Theft. The Punishment?

1. Loss of any credit rating for a period of 20 years after conviction.
2. Repayment of 10 times the amount of money stolen.
3. The injured party will have the right to, at some undetermined and random time, enter the criminal's dwelling (or where they be staying) and relieve the person of any items, money or possessions as they see fit. If they damaged person sees a new car...they get it free and clear, they can take it ALL or what they want.

wow, they come up with some stuff. I never even thought about that! [not that I would think about anything illegal]

I thought you have to scratch of the number, shame on you if you get a card that already has the number scratch off.

You know Jimmy that amazes me too...I mean you would think that they would assign a random PIN when you get the bill (like car washes at gas stations).

Got two gift cards for Sears. All the clerk at Sears had to do was slide the cards through the credit card groove, and the value was gone.
