spring break in the sunshine state

“i'll be leaving on thursday early morning on the big bird (assuming they are still flying!!) with my two youngest kids to visit grandma and grandpa in florida....we'll be doing the "orlando thing" for three days, then heading for vero beach for another week....got tickets to see the dodgers play the braves, and we'll probably get in some fishin' on the indian river....might maybe be able to squeeze a little bit of hikin' into the trip as well....

“My in-laws live in Vero Beach and they go watch the Dodgers play every spring. One thing I like about Vero Beach is that it isn't a tourist town, at least it wasn't the last time I was there.”
