I just ordered a new pack. It is the Salomom Raid Race 200.
Moosejaw has them for $ 59.00 and if you use the coupon code "FLOUNDER" you get 15% off any regular priced item or 5% off a sale item

Just blew the REI dividend...

I got a pair of REI spring gaitors, very lightweight.

Sass got the same gaitors and...
an LED rear bike light
a cyclometer for her bike
bike shorts
bike shirt
pair of pants
bike gloves

she also ordered a Salomon Raid Race 200 pack from moosejaw.

We still have $15 dividend left.

I Could've Spent ALOT Of Money Today...But I Didnt
I got to check out a Hubba (1-person) today and boy do I like what I see. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't get the 1-person for the simple reason that I'd rather have enough room in ANY shelter to keep ALL my gear inside.

You can sit up in the thing and still have tons of headroom. Not much room for gear unless you slept on it, but the vestibule could hold it all. The rainfly wasn't on it, so I took it upon myself to attach it. It'd be easy to cook under the vestibule while sitting up inside. You need (only) 2 stakes for the rainfly, even.

It sure make me want to check out the 2-person Hubba Hubba up close cause I sure liked what I saw.

The big white truck just arrived!

I just got my Olympus c5060 digital camera. It's really shinny with lots of buttons. Now it's probably going to take me about 4 months to figure it out.

Thanks every one for the input when I was making my decision as to what camera to buy.

Buddur, you and I are of like minds. I always look at 2 person tents just for the extra room for my gear.

Who will know the shorts are for women besides you (except now that you told everyone). I wear mens shorts and my favorite jeans are mens Levi 501s, sweatshirts.

Left-handed may refer to writing hands. If your left handed it is easier to unzip a sleeping bag with your left hand if the zipper is on the right side.
