“At other forums I visit there is a "newbie section." Newbies can only post there until their account has been voted okay by an admin or moderator. So basically, they can't do any damage until they pass the test of the admins. So basically if they come and start trouble it is contained in the newbie section. Also if they come and ask stupid questions instead of searching first for an answer--they are banned.”
