“I really hope that Elliot wins. Not only is he from my home town, but I think he has the best voice. His ability to sing on key is particularly amazing since he is 90% deaf in one ear. Among, the remaining three, he would be only one I could listen to an entire CD of him singing. Taylor would be a close second. I could not listen to an entire CD of Kat.

Elliott's biggest problem with the viewers might be that he just doesn't look the part of a star. As my daughter would say - he is rather unfortunate looking. But so is Mick Jagger.”

“Taylor may win the competition, but anyone with an ear must agree that Katherine's voice is much more true, she has had much more formal training, and she can actually sing the notes without going flat or sharp, a challenge for Taylor unless he is belting it. Every time he tries to sing a serious song or passage at anything but full volume, his pitch is off and his voice wavers. If Paula wasn't so much in heat she of all people would be able to hear it.
