My luck ran out...now seeking answers Pa rt II

“I was going 80 through a school zone, talking on my cell phone, eating McDonalds, shaving...while intoxicated. Whatcha know, but I plowed into a caravan of Amish buggies, killing 10 people and 4 horses! My attorney tells me he thinks we can plead down to a misdeamenor failure to yield / littering (the accident left quite a clean up!). Anyway, I'm not sure I want the points on my record. Anyone have any suggestions?”
