“I heard something on the radio just breifly about a commerative type hike on the Lewis and Clark trail. Does anyone have anymore info about this? Links or whatever? I searched the net and came up with little to nothing.” 2:13:12 PM 4/29/03 “There was a thread on TT about it not too long ago. I can't remember the thread title however.” 2:16:28 PM 4/29/03 “I tried the thread search with "Lewis" and didn't find a thing.” 2:17:53 PM 4/29/03 “I will look back over the past month, maybe I will recognize it.” 2:18:40 PM 4/29/03 2:21:58 PM 4/29/03 “Yes!!! Thanks chili, a website link took me to where I wanted to be.” 2:23:49 PM 4/29/03 “I am glad you reminded me about this. Seems like a once in a lifetime kind of event.” 2:25:35 PM 4/29/03 “Public television had a program along that line, not that long ago. It was more of an historical piece that reviewed the journey using their notes.” 2:26:26 PM 4/29/03 “It would be cool to travel some part of their route. I would never have the time to do the whole thing. The Oregon/California Trail goes pretty much through where I live and then up to where the Donner Party had their fun, and then down into Sacramento. Another trail that is being linked up is the Capitol to Capitol Trail. It would go from Carson City to Sac. I have a feeling that both of these would have some common tread.” 2:59:29 PM 4/29/03 “Those Donner people... Some Party! There was a show on the History channel last night about Lewis & Clark's collecton of gadgets, but I got sidetracked and forgot to set the VCR, <grrrrrr>.” 5:25:04 PM 4/29/03 Follow me the whole route “Im paddling and hiking it from St. Louis to the Pacific and will be updating the journey on the web site http://www.lewisandclark-2004.com NM” 4:47:20 PM 5/03/03
