If he goes to Missoula he can find himself a hippie girl.” 10:11:07 AM 5/01/03 “Even better, imagine the look on his parents' faces when he comes home with her...” 10:14:18 AM 5/01/03 “Nut cherios, huh? Oh, the things I learn on TT.” 10:15:23 AM 5/01/03 “Artex, I flipped the coin again and I think of nothing other than what will come up at the end. If it is Kean, I think good, but WP is good too??? When its tales and WP wins I think good, but I liked Kean too????? WP wins more of the toses. I aynt going out to no rural state. I like every thing close. Artex can vouch for how close everything is around here. I love NJ, but hate to polititions.” 2:11:25 PM 5/01/03 “University of London Ice, you can't go wrong - best educational establishment in the world.... ever!” 2:14:22 PM 5/01/03 “It's a very small rubber band put around the nuts of baby bulls that the rancher doesn't want going around doing the females. It cuts off the circulation and they drop off. newgirl 09:59:11 AM 05/01/03 Newgirl, its funny you can talk about this but mention the word "MOUNTED" and you freak.” 3:01:15 PM 5/01/03 “Ewk, she's not the one getting the rubber band put on her...” 3:04:52 PM 5/01/03 “bit, she will be the one putting the rubber band on.....can't you buy those things in the sex toy shops, of course they go by another name and aren't meant to stay on that long” 3:11:29 PM 5/01/03 “I elect to not get into further trouble, lol...” 3:16:08 PM 5/01/03 “There newgirl goes again.” 3:29:30 PM 5/01/03 “Castration complex???” 3:29:55 PM 5/01/03 “It's hitting a little too close to home today...lol...” 3:31:54 PM 5/01/03 “That's cool, Ice Tea. Everything being close is an understatement. Jersey is the most densely populated state in America (that's a fact). Welp, whichever you choose, good luck dude. You're going to have a blast.” 3:40:16 PM 5/01/03 “See Tea, Without the imput of colledge you would have never known that all these alternate lifestyles existed. Just talking about going has expanded your horizons. :P” 4:33:56 AM 5/02/03 “Ewker, the word "mounted" is only disgusting when used in reference to human sex acts. It makes me want to vomit.” 12:06:02 PM 5/02/03 “So, quit saying "mounted", Newgirl. Do you think we want to read "mounted" every time we "mount" the TT board? Innocently, I "mounted" the swivel chair in my office to read some pleasant TT posts. But NOOOOO, Newgirl has to splash "mounted" all over the board today. Thanks.” 7:45:43 PM 5/02/03 “3.91 !!!!! I'm still waiting for one more grade to come in. Could be an A- or A” 10:28:58 PM 1/02/04 “Not good enough. You must go commit seppuku in the quad.” 10:43:18 PM 1/02/04 “With a rusty knife!” 10:44:08 PM 1/02/04 “And without a second!” 10:50:08 PM 1/02/04 “Bushido means nothing to this man!” 10:54:10 PM 1/02/04 “This younger generation, I just don't get it.” 10:59:13 PM 1/02/04 “A waste, I tell! A damned waste!” 11:01:17 PM 1/02/04 “Why, in my day, the concrete in the quad was stained deep red with the blood of young failed students. Nowadays, hardly a drop is spilled at the sight of a B. Scandalous, I tell you!” 11:06:34 PM 1/02/04 “That's nothing! When I was young, the professor would slice my hands while trying to write with a gerber mini-magnum! and, if you complained, he shoved you in an iron lady and slammed the door closed so the blood would drain out the bottom!” 11:12:42 PM 1/02/04 “omg.....next you will be quoting Monty Python” 11:18:28 PM 1/02/04 “Ah, well we had to take notes on what was left of our foreskin with a razor. And we were lucky!” 11:21:29 PM 1/02/04 “Yes you were. I remember when they pulled your eyelids open with nipple clamps and made you stay that way without blinking for 24 straight hours. After that, they fed us blended fish heads in a cream sauce and made us eat while running!” 11:31:04 PM 1/02/04 “Eh, freshman year is cake. Post your GPA junior year while working 30 hours a week off campus.” 11:31:51 PM 1/02/04 “I'm with Dub. Tea- How did you ever manage to pull that GPA with the way you spell?” 1:13:15 AM 1/03/04 “I work 20hrs a week, offcampus.” 9:04:02 AM 1/03/04 “20? Is that all? I agree with Dub, freshman year is a repeat of high school, if you don't make A's then you shouldn't even be there in the first place.” 9:15:38 AM 1/03/04 “Keep up the good work Tea. #&%!$ your detractors.” 10:02:13 AM 1/03/04 “Awww mannnn, we're just playin around with the kid. lol Really man, congrats on the good grades, keep it up, it doesn't really get all that harder as you go along in the coursework, as long as you put in the time and effort.” 10:04:08 AM 1/03/04 #&%!$#&%!$#&%!$#&%!$#&%!$ “I knew that. i just like saying #&%!$.” 10:13:11 AM 1/03/04 “That's good...keep up the good work, can you keep that pace when you get to be a JR/SR when it really matters? :)” 12:00:57 PM 1/03/04 “Great tea. Keep it up. Watch out for the sophomore and junior years. IMHO they can be the hardest.” 12:26:16 PM 1/03/04 “Junior year hit me like a ton of bricks. Everything just got gradually harder and then BAM! Junior year was twice as hard as sophomore year.” 2:55:22 PM 1/03/04 “Depends on where you go. I had some friends who went to Purdue. The upper level classes were always full, so the administration purposely made the freshman and sophomore years extremely difficult so as to weed out the herd. That's better than what I saw at UAH, where sometimes people didn't find out they couldn't cut it until they got to their senior courses and everything was over their heads.” 5:54:18 PM 1/03/04 “New question, what frat to pledge... Actualy, I've made that choice tonight. I got my bid for the biggest house on campus. I'm so excited. Pledging will be a #&%!$ and cut down on TT time, but oh well.” 12:49:46 AM 3/02/04 “Ice - Not all fraternities are the same and not all chapters are the same. Try to look below the surface before you accept a bid. My fraternity experience was awesome and really made life in Flint, Michigan bearable. Which fraternities are you looking at?” 2:12:50 AM 3/02/04 “ditto what Phil said - it depends on the guys and how they approach it. It should be one of the best experiences you'll have - and you'll end up with friends that you keep in touch with 30 years later. Good luck - pledgeing SUX though.” 5:23:27 AM 3/02/04 “Ask again later” 8:20:51 AM 3/02/04 “i don't think that'll go over well when you are running for president.” 9:03:18 AM 3/02/04 “I was a GDI and never missed a beat at college. Pledging was a snap too.” 9:10:58 AM 3/02/04 “Perhaps it's my anti-social personality, or perhaps it's just because I went to a small school, or maybe it's even because I was older than most of the students I went to college with, but in my experience, fraternities and sororities are a complete waste of time, and detract from the learning experience. Suffice to say that one of my rules for my kids when they go to college is that they may not join a sorority or a fraternity if they want to keep getting my money. Sorry if this offends anyone, but I just don't see how placing yourself under another hierarchy of control over your life can be beneficial. College is tough enough without having to spend time doing stuff completely unrelated to college work.” 9:17:57 AM 3/02/04 “Lambda, Lambda, Lamda?” 9:46:16 AM 3/02/04 “LMAO @ Chief” 9:49:49 AM 3/02/04 “I Phelta Thi” 9:55:25 AM 3/02/04 “I agree with bitpusher. I don't see how joining a fraternity could possibly help out ice tea, unless one of his brothers wanted to help him with grammer and spelling. Heck, maybe they'll even edit his papers and take the burden of the TT community. Maybe ice tea should spend less time pledging and more time on studying and be better off for it.” 9:58:16 AM 3/02/04
