tug hill, new york hiking “Has anyone every gone hiking on Tug Hill ? i know it is just a BIG HILL and the snow capital of the North East. Tug Hill elevates approx 2200 feet right off the eastern shore of the lake. It is one of the Largest area's in NY with NO roads or towns. "Gods Country" is what they call it.
