Hiking in SE soon?

“there is a carolina hikers group on Yahoo. I don't know how much hiking they do but they have a trip posted on the TT trips page for June 13th to the Smokies. The organizer is clem35yeah and if you click on the name it will take you to a profile which has there home page.”

“I was considering my next leg of the AT in June, but I gotta get my rear in gear if I'm gonna do it.”

“Thank you Ewker, but I won't be able to carry a pack yet by then either. I have to say, that was a really nice hike when we did it last September.”

“What did you injure?”

“It's not an injury, it's an illness. I had to have surgery. Now it's just that slow freakin' recovery and getting back into shape. It's driving me nuts. The other day I walked around a block and it was hard what's that all about?”

“I am familiar with that problem. Surgery blows, and the recovery sucks. It's a pretty effective weight loss program, though.”
