LMAO! Hey! As long as you don't "think" something is bad, you're okay to do it! Do the libbies really take themselves seriously anymore?” 10:27:37 AM 11/30/07 “strat i would just like to say...that you are the effing man!” 6:45:35 PM 11/30/07 “WHAHAHAHAHA....libbies it not about policy its all about POLITICS.... Secretly briefed, Pelosi did not object to waterboarding in 2002John Byrne Published: Sunday December 9, 2007 Pelosi would later boot sole objector to program from chance to chair Intelligence Committee Two senior Republicans and Democrats in Congress -- including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi -- were briefing on the CIA's program to use waterboarding on terror suspects in September 2002 and did not object, according to Sunday's Washington Post. In the long-ranging article, which seemingly takes the lawmakers and the Bush Administration to task by discussing the practice's emergence in Nazi Germany and other totalitarian states, a Pelosi aide said the Speaker remembered discussion of "enhanced" interrogation techniques and "acknowledged that Pelosi did not raise objections at the time." Among the techniques described, said two officials present, was waterboarding, a practice that years later would be condemned as torture by Democrats and some Republicans on Capitol Hill," the Post added. "But on that day, no objections were raised. Instead, at least two lawmakers in the room asked the CIA to push harder, two U.S. officials said." http://rawstory.com/news/2007/Pelosi_did_not_object_to_waterboarding_1209.html” 12:18:03 PM 12/10/07 “Those Two caused it all , that's it where is that lightning Gawd? last edited: 12/10/07 12:25:44 PM” 12:25:40 PM 12/10/07 “ ”7:49:33 PM 12/10/07 “ ”5:04:14 AM 12/11/07 “LOL...even the libbies admit the only news worth watching is FOX..... Then it turns out something really cute came out 18 Democrats voted “nay” or “present” on a resolution to “recognize the importance of Christmas and the Christian faith.” An eagle-eyed Republican House staffer points out that those same members, with one exception, voted to “recognize the commencement of Ramadan,” a Muslim religious observance in October. Robert Scott (Va.), Rep. Pete Stark (Calif.) and Rep. Lynn Woolsey (Calif.). Another nine Democrats chose to vote “present.” They are: Rep. Hon Conyers (Mich.), Rep. Barney Frank (Mass.), Rep. Rush Holt (N.Y.), Rep. Jan Schakowsky (Ill.), Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (Fla.), Rep. Peter Welch (Vt.) and Rep. John Yarmuth (Ky.) Each of them supported the Ramadan resolution except for Rep. Something about how Democrats left a bad taste in her mouth.” 10:12:44 PM 1/14/08 “isn't it wierd that the very people who demand we stay out of their lives and let them "do what they want" have not problem demanding the government steal from other to support the leeches of society?” 5:56:29 AM 1/15/08 “Typical from the libbies.” 10:21:56 AM 1/15/08 “Anti-Bush Campaign Planned Liberal Group Plans Yearlong Anti-Bush Campaign WASHINGTON, Jan. 24, 2008 (AP) A liberal advocacy group plans to spend $8.5 million in a drive to make sure President Bush's public approval doesn't improve as his days in the White House come to an end. Americans United for Change plans to undertake a yearlong campaign, spending the bulk of the money on advertising, to keep public attention on what the group says are the failures of the Bush administration, including the war in Iraq, the response to Hurricane Katrina, and the current mortgage crisis. In selling the plan to fundraisers, the group has argued that support for President Reagan was at a low of 42 percent in 1987 but climbed to 63 percent before he left office. "All of a sudden he became a rallying cry for conservatives and their ideology," said Brad Woodhouse, president of the group. "Progressives are still living with that." The group is a nonprofit corporation that made a splash by airing ads against Bush's plans to overhaul Social Security in 2005. The group has conducted polls and focus groups and is now raising money for their anti-Bush effort. It gave a Power Point presentation to representatives of about 30 liberal and labor organizations last week. It plans to announce the campaign at a press conference Thursday afternoon during a forum featuring liberal critics of the administration. It also....... .......more foolishness...... http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/01/24/ap/politics/main3747207.shtml ********************************************* Gee, I wonder if the idiots know Bush isn't running again? Seems to me, rather than feed the hate, they could use that $8.5 million to help feed the people in need.” 8:36:39 AM 1/24/08 “$500,000.oo per hour-cheap credit please.” 10:03:55 AM 1/24/08 “Democrats, the party of hate.” 10:30:23 AM 1/24/08 Jump to Page << prev
