“We just bought tickets on-line for the opening show of the tour in Grand Rapids (actually the Ionia County Fairgrounds) MI on July 3. My wife wanted to go to a show that had the Distillers on the bill and all those closer to us -- Milwaukee, Minneapolis -- didn't have seats together or no Distillers.

So, any Michigan Mountaineers going to bang heads this summer? If you go, I'll be the guy with the hot babe in the Nice T!ts tank top.”

Plus a second stage with other acts.”

“I'm a Jane's fan from the first time I encountered them -- I bought a cassette tape of the Nothing's Shocking album while on a trip, just because of the cover, and was knocked out. My wife loves them, too, but she's on a Distillers kick (and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, for that matter) at the moment, so it's got her pumped up. Hope the weather is good.”
