Gardenburger's lasting power?

“Anyonw have any experience with dehydrating soyburger and how long it lasts unrefridgerated?”

“I've done the Garden Burger stuff in the bag that is like ground beef and it dries right out and comes right back. Not sure what an actual pattie would do though. The Green Giant stuff in the bag is 100 times better than the regular TVP.”

“I bought this soy product called "Granburger" from the local health food store. Crumbled imitation hamburger, already dried.”

So, does anyone know, will it last 9 days w/o refridgeration?”

“I've seen gardenburger type mix in the healthfood aisle of the local co-op and also in the health food store. It's dry. I don't remember what you have to mix with it, but that would eliminate the worry of spoiling. I'll see what I can discover.”
