Luna, I know that this may seem backwards, but listen to Dirtyoldman, and ignore Buddha Bear.

Welcome and you only need to protect your livers from Mapleleaf.

Am I imaging things or did we just reverse roles? What the heck am I doing wrong that I would acheive this kind of respectability?

I don't want any liver but my own! and I don't have any topless pictures any more I am afraid. sent one to my hubby at work and forgot to delete it. later my brother came over and borrowed our computer for school work. you can imagine the rest.

Well the best solution I can see is that you attend a hike with us and we will take a picture of you topless eating your own liver. A bit passe for TT but its the best I can do for a noobie. :l

I have been looking at the trips and when I'll be off work. Everyone may laugh at all the stuff I carry but it would be fun. I have to have things like my campshoes and disposable razor!

So, you're tellin' us that you shave your legs and/or bikini line while on the trail???

Wow.

Humm, I wonder which weighs less? airpit hair or a shocking pink venus.... If its any help Im not bothered by the stuff, Ive been around more then one girl who had to shave her moustache daily...

I forgot to mention, you do need to bring an ice axe with you for the nude moonlight dancing. Hatchets work too but the UL crowd might razz you about it.

What a thought to wake up to. Thanks, Y'all.

Armpit hair has never weighed on my mind to any extent. Donno why; just hasn't, <G>

And thanks for the segue, DOM. Now I get to post one of my fav-o-rite pictures again...

Hand-forged in Sweden, just over 10 inches long and weighs just 13 ounces.

Ain't she a sweety?

THATS IT!!!!I'm putting you all in the penalty box.

Luna, don't listen to DOM.
Don't listen to Buddha.
Don't listen to Tilt.
And Mapleleaf, well we don't even have to go there.

Yes, pick out your trips to join. Meet up with Crazygirl and Gemini, StoveStomper, Ewker (I believe he shares his tent with ladies who forgot their sleeping bag) and all of the Florida TT'ers. Lyra is good for planning a trip too, but people have only passed her in parking lots, so no one has actually met the monkeys yet.

The ice axe is only for trolls. Serious backpackers carry the titanium axe.

ExcUUUUuuuuse me, but the Gransfors Bruks Mini Hatchet weighs a whopping 0.2277 ounces LESSthan your run-of-the-mill Ushba Altai Titanium Ice Axe!

(and them's avoirdupois ounces, b'god!)

It also costs $145 less and is earsier to sharpen.

well if I have a sharp enough axe or hatchet I can just ditch the extra weight for the razor! I know some people don't shave at all, on the trail or not, but I even shave in the winter when nobody else would know. alright I am off to buy a father's day gift! Hope some people are having fun hiking today
