Well, maybe the Ski Patrol or whatever they have there?

I have limited Colorado experience, but let me share what I know.

My wife and I went to Breckenridge, CO for our 10th wedding anniversary in late June, 2000. The peaks (which are at about 13k) were clear when we arrived. One morning after what had been a rainy, nasty day and night, we woke up to find that all the peaks were covered with snow down to about the 11,500' level. In late June.

So, even if the passes are clear, there's no guarantee they will stay that way.

Not much
Try this one. It shows snow water levels.
