Have you seen the Outhouse Springs billboards?
- world's first recycled water
- truly tasteless water
- its #1, not #2
... etc.

Wonder who came up with this marketing concept, and how much they got paid for it.

Can't be much different than the water the northeastern part of NJ drinks, where it comes from the Passaic river, considered to be 90% treated sewage last summer.
