They had a series on called The Color of War that was so well done. I watched The True Story of the Big Red 1 today and was amazed at how those damn guys fought like hell for so long. Mail Call is da bomb too!

“Anybody heard of this book? At a second hand store I picked up a 1949 edition of a book by DD Eisenhower entitled "Crusade in Europe". Evidently, Pres Eisenhower wrote a book about the planning of the war. I haven't started it yet, but will soon.”
