Wow...!!! Tim Seaver set a new record for doing all 48 of New Hampshire's 4K+ peaks. He did them in 3 hours 51 minutes.

Check out the thread titled "Wild Whites Ultramarathon Challenge 2003" on http://www.viewsfromthetop.com/ Q&A section.

I'll bet he never stopped to write his name in any of the Peak Journals.

Significant typo: That should be 3 days, 15 hours and 51 minutes.

You know, three days, three hours...whatever it takes. :)

Oooops! Yes indeed that was a significant typo Violin - where is the edit key again?

I just heard about another amazing feat (cut and pasted from another site so I won't introduce new typos):

Andrew Hamilton became the first person to climb the 53 publicly
accessible peaks in Colorado over 14,000 feet entirely under his own power! Andrew started from his home in Jamestown and biked between the peaks, finishing them all and returning home in 19 days, 10 hours, 40 minutes, and 37 seconds

it only takes me less than one minute (average period of commercial time)to go from the couch to the fridge and back to the couch again. :]

The question is: Pete, how much do ya chow down in that minute?
