Seeing as how she has never seen it, her excitement may wane.

I hope she likes the pink trim.

Did you tell her about the back deck that over looks the next door neighbor's hot tub. You know, the gorgeous blonde that lives next door...

Jello, I'll check when I get home. All my RE stuff is book marked there. Sounds good.

Check what other houses near that one are selling for. Have you seen it?

This is weird, it's kinda like GEARSLUT asking which pack is best, or Marvin Gardens posting his credit card statement to show us his deals on aluminum foil.

I am in a section of Jackson with nice old (60 to 70) year old homes waiting on my client. Just across the street from her house they are repairing foundation problems and have the dirt trenched away from the foundation all the way around. Every now and then I would see dirt fly and have just figured out it is fom a guy digging a hole deep enough that he is throwing dirt out over his head. I am glad I don't have his job and I am damn sure glad I don't ownt that house. It looks like they are digging out to put pilings under it

yeah, that dudes job sux.

Last summer they were working on the parking lot outside our building and had to chip away the concrete at the entrance. The poor dude running the jackhammer just got his but kicked for a couple days and i kept thinking, he probably gets to do this most evry day, not just on our job. I wanted to get my son to come watch and tell him "This is what you get to do if you don't finish high school".

We had to get those pilings put under our house. It cost us about 6 months pay at the time, which didn't include putting our yard back together. It was bad news.

I always think of that when I hear my favorite phrase "renting is throwing your money away."

I am looking into buying a flat for the first time in my life. Just yesterday I hav been viewing a home. I am pretty sure that this would make an ideal home for me. Housing market is very different over here. Most people rent, very few own property, because it's so expensive, compared to the average family income.

It is small, only 65 square meters, but honestly, that's all I need. I try to keep it small and live simple, but with modern comforts.
