I’ve got (2) options, the 7.0 mile (3.5 mile each way) out and back hike and a longer 10.5 mile loop. I know I plan on doing the 10.5 mile Hike, but Pressly usually prefers a slightly shorter hike.

7.0 mile Hike Option:
Start at the Nature Center Trailhead
3.5 miles - Table Rock Trail to Table Rock Summit
1.7 miles - Table Rock Trail back to Panther Gap
1.8 miles - Table Rock Trail back to Nature Center

10.5 mile Hike Option:
Start at the Nature Center Trailhead
3.5 miles - Table Rock Trail to Table Rock Summit
1.7 miles - Table Rock Trail back to Panther Gap
1.9 miles - Ridge Trail Panther Gap to Pinnacle Mountain
3.4 miles -Pinnacle Mountain Trail back to Nature Center

Note: I got the trail mileages from the Table Rock State Park trail map, which I assume to be more accurate than some other publications that list slightly different mileages.

Directions:
Table Rock State Park is on SC Hwy 11, about halfway between US 276 & US 178. You should not miss the Table Rock signs on Hwy 11, but there are two entrances to the park, so if you miss the 1st one, you can just take the next entrance. Once inside the park, just follow the signs to the Nature Center.
