“Great pictures Oldtimer! Especially the pictures of Mt Adams above the clouds... I now see why ChinaChas keeps going back to the Goat Rocks...

The only thing I noticed missing was....... ME!!!!!! (Also, I didn't see any pudding desert in the mealtime pics... :-)”

“Wow - great pictures. How far was it to basecamp? How far was the day hike?”

“The hike into where we camped was about 6 miles. The day hike up the PCT to the pass near Old Snowy was about 6 miles round trip.

Some of us went out after dinner and did a 3 mile loop into the Cispus Basin. Those pics are in Dunk and my albums. Nomad also took some pictures of the basin earlier in the day.”
