They left on Saturday 8/2 “7 miles on Saturday, 18 miles on Sunday for a total of 25 miles. Their planned stop was at Cathedral Lakes, but Tuolumne Meadows was close so they went for it. He said their feet were sore. I bet he was thinking FOOD!” 12:12:57 AM 8/05/03 “Oops, today was a layover day.” 12:13:31 AM 8/05/03 more on WLD and JDSmiling- JMT “They reached Reds Meadow yesterday (friday) and are taking a layover day today, then heading out towards Duck Lake Sunday morning. Everything is fine , they are right on schedule. Sounds like adream trip so far! Hope they remember to have a root beer float at Red's. They are the BEST!” 9:51:29 AM 8/09/03
