I figured eating in a restaurant at EPCOT would be so hokey, but I was pleasantly surprised. It really had the feel of being in that Country instead of at Disney.

tb - this is my wife's sister. My MIL went to Japan about 20 years ago and at in McDonald's the whole time...there's a little context. The first time my wife ate Chinese was when we were in college. We love eating "weird food," but her mom and sis probably think she's weird too. Oh well.

hyway - agreed. We had a light lunch and dessert at the French pavillion and loved it. I wish I had been hungry again by the time we got to Germany. Morocco was pretty dang cool too.

We're hoping to go again for spring break assuming the economy improves. Our youngest will be about 3.5 then and she's all about the princesses.

tb - one more...we're going for a hike tomorrow. Emma insisted that her bedtime book last night be, "Do Princesses Wear Hiking Boots?"

We're going to DisneyWorld in Florida, staying at Ft. Wilderness, we'll actually be there 11 days and have 3 non-park days. My wife loves the place and has been a dozen times, so she's got every detail planned. Eating breakfast and lunch at the RV to save money, then dinner out every night. Can't wait!

The Mexican place in Epcot is really good.

We enjoyed Sea World this past trip.

I hear Universal has really good roller coasters. The Kraken at Sea World was really good. They just opened another one at SW that was under construction in Nov. It looked really good.

Have fun.

It is called Islands of Adventure a separate park from Universal but owned by them. Kick butt roller coasters and you must ride Dr. Doom and The Hulk, if you go to Islands. Have fun.
