“There is a chat room where I chat and we had a problem with "trolls"....they came in as "guests".....and they would be soooo ugly to people...and they did away with the "guest" feature....now our guests just come in under new identities......and we have the ignore feature........but the only true way to ignore them......is to not acknowledge them......they go away.......”
