Mutt makes a comment about hoy "they" (I am assuming he meant US officials since that was what Mutt was quoting, but rosey won't own up to that) lied about the death of the leader of alqueda in iraq. rosey is informed that it was a local Iraqi that said that and the US officials set the record straight.

So US officials didn't lie about that like rosey asserted. thus rosey is wrong. That in itself doesn't make him evil, a bad person or anything else. It just makes him wrong. Undisputed (I am using the same definition of undisputed that the proponents of man made global warming use).”
